This is What You Do when You Have Almost a Foot of Snow Blocking Your Parking Lot

It's War of the Snowmen on the East Coast right now, and Pennsylvania resident James Weaver brought his shovel and game-face out on Tuesday when he constructed a nearly 20-foot snowman in the parking lot of his business.

James, who runs Weaver's Mulch Company in Coatsville, had 9 inches of snow covering the floor outside his business, and instantly saw an opportunity. Along with two assistants, James decided to make use of the nuisance, and spent three hours building a behemoth of snow and awesomeness using loaders, rakes and shovels.

"It's something I've thought about for awhile, and we were just sort of like, 'Hey, let's try it,'" James tells the Good News blog. "We were never quite sure how it would work out."

The result was Frosty on steroids, a sculpture 20 feet tall and 20 feet wide, and it quickly gained the attention of the locals.

James adds, "We've had a steady flow of people just coming up and taking pictures of it. It made the front page of the local paper."

The snowman currently remains nameless - James' wife suggested Chester, but he's not sold. It has lost some of its height due to freezing rain that came through this morning. Nevertheless, the man with a vision for greatness has his sights set on raising the bar.

"There's supposed to be another storm coming through this weekend," James remarks. "Depending on what we get, I'm considering sprucing it up, making it even taller."
