Why Ellen Found This 93-Year-Old Woman Riveting

Elinor Otto was one of millions of women - nicknamed Rosie the Riveters -- who went to work during World War II. While in her early 20s with a young son to support, she began working at an aircraft assembly plant for 65 cents an hour. Now 70 years later, Elinor is still installing rivets into wings of planes, making her the oldest working Rosie at the age of 93.

We spoke to this inspirational woman after her guest appearance on "Ellen," where she was given a check for $10,000 - as well as a one-of-a-kind alarm clock to help her wake up for her early morning shift at the plant. Find out how Elinor stays young at heart and what drives her amazing work ethic.
