Music to get you moving!

My music is really inspiring me now. I told everyone this and you'll see me walking around with my adorable little orange Shuffle, which I am totally hooked on. Here is my recent playlist that gets me moving and helps me go the distance (like for more than an hour some days!)

Head here to download Lucy's playlist!

"Miss Independent" (Ne-Yo sings about a woman who has "her own thing!" It's kind of my theme song right now!)

"Love Lockdown" (Great beat from Kanye West, whom I adore.)

"Viva la Vida" (This is the super popular one from Coldplay.)

"She Got Her Own" (a remix of "Miss Independent" from Ne-Yo with Jamie Foxx)

"Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" (empowering and sexy—thanks, Beyoncé)

"If I Were a Boy" (a slower tune from Beyoncé; she is such a sexy girl that it's hard to imagine, but she's a feminist, too)

"Untouched," The Veronicas

More than 1,000 Self.com users voted for their favorite music to move to. Meet your new playlist!

"So You Can Cry" (Ne-Yo is telling a woman to stop moaning over some guy.)

"Back to What You Know" (also Ne-Yo, telling her to come back to him)

"Live Your Life" (T.I. featuring Rihanna—a bit kooky but fun)

"Heartless" (also Kanye, very dark but smoldering)

"Come What May" (sappy from Ewan McGregor, but I loved Moulin Rouge)

"American Boy" (Estelle and Kanye duet—fun and sweet)

"Part of the List" (Ne-Yo sings about what he loves about his gal.)

"Forever" (heard Chris Brown do this in person and he's so athletic and amazing.)

"Closer" (Ne-Yo loves women, what can I say?)

"Nobody," Ne-Yo

Love them all. Try these and get running—you'll feel like you're dancing.

Who the hell picked these songs? Are you F***** kidding me? I agree with thejoemyers 100% I couldn't have said it better myself. The world is saturated with this over-polished, bubblegum, meaningless, processed, refined, utter garbage. This music is soo amazingly terrible that I actually, literally, get angry when I hear it.

    LMAO!!

this is the worst playlist in the history of playlists. Try listening to some real music for once in your life.

    LOL

Try: Oasis, Chevelle, or The Bravery

Your playlist is just a bunch of fail.

well I thought we was talking about workout music, not making love music, I must mis -read the article. If anyone whos think dancing music or rap music can't get u going in the gym ,must not really be working out , the person probably just being sociable in the gym . not really working his or her ass off, you don't go to the gym to make love , u go to the gym to workout and dif...... need up tempo music, wow !!! is it bed time
