    It's a bad trend reenacted, sort of Jetson look for some who are tall can get away for it but most can't.

    like lots of things some people want attention

    Can't stand that look! Leave back in the 80's where it belongs! I don't think it compliments anybody-it definitely looks unnatural and silly.

    Shoulder pads that aren't too big are quite beautiful. A nicely tailored jacket NEEDS shoulder padss, I'm not sure a dress does.
