Who Has the Best Arms on TV?

Tank top season is fast approaching and we've got some inspiration for you: our picks for the best arms on TV. Check out our list and let us know if you agree.

Michael Urie, Becki Newton's 'Ugly Betty' costar, agrees that her arms are "perfect". (His word!) But each of these ladies has a different path to perfection. Kelly Killoren Bensimon insists horseback riding sculpts her bicepts. Evangeline Lilly from 'Lost' surfs for added definition. Kelly Ripa has taken up a ballet-based sculpting program. Maria Menounos is committed to her home gym, outfitted with Bowflex Ultimate and Xtreme machines. Even 'The Biggest Loser''s Jillian Michaels admits she has to train with a trainer to stay in shape. That made us very happy.

Kelly Ripa - I like the look of a little muscle, but not too much. She has perfect arms.

none of the celebs on this video has feminine looking arms. E. Lilly's arms are leaning toward masculine while Kelly Ripka's looks like an anorexic on roids! As for Jillian Michaels, let's just say she's not all woman. I think the host has the best arms! period! More feminine and realistic for an average woman.

I think Kelly Ripa's chest looks so aweful and gross. You can see her sternum popping out, not sexy at all. I know this article's about arms, but I couldn't help but be grossed out by her chest.

I dont agree with the host has the best arms. Why does almost flabby arms have to be the definition of feminine!? I have been desperatly working out for 6 months after a baby to get rid of that. While I think Kelly Ripa looks great. The other lean and toned but not quite muscular ones look the best to me. Still smooth and soft but very tone and firm.

Ugh...the host has the best arms because that is the look of the average female? The average female in America is overweight and flabby because they eat crap and do not excerise. Quit feeling sorry for yourself and start working out. Every woman that they presented works hard to stay fit and healthy, so cheers for them for getting a little spotlight out of the deal. I would much rather have toned arms than flabby arms, no contest.

      Kelly Ripa!

With her around-why even go see Star Trek?!? Oops! Just Kidding.

Sarah Bernard needs her own TV variety show-love the ponytail and bun hairstyles.

She has presence. Carries herself extremely well. An honest appeal. Interesting.

Why! She's a brunette version of Elisabeth Hasselbeck! Um no, not kidding.

Bleh I hate when that I go onto the Beauty and Style section and these stupid kinds of videos play without warning, it's so disruptive and annoying. Why don't you set the videos up so a person has to press play and not be scared by Sarah's nasally voice yapping away.
