Sports Illustrated Swimsuit coverBucking recent tradition, three women have been bestowed the honor of gracing the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue this year. The magazine unveiled the image last night, revealing that models Nina Agdal, Lily Aldridge and Chrissy Teigen are sharing the coveted cover space. The three women-who all appear to have misplaced their bikini tops-are pictured cavorting in the water, getting a bit handsy with one another. (Shakira and Rihanna would be proud.)

While each woman may look familiar, none has the brand recognition of an Upton or Decker yet, so this represents a big break for the three. Agdal, 21, has made headlines for her famous paramours, including Sexiest Man Alive Adam Levine and The Wanted's lead singer Max George. She was recently photographed leaving a nightclub with Leonardo DiCaprio in the same car.
Aldridge, who is making her first appearance in the issue (she's the first "rookie" to make the cover since Heidi Klum did so in 1998), is married to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill and is also, like 75 percent of the world's famous women, tight with Taylor Swift. Teigen, who maintains a consistently amusing Twitter account, is married to singer John Legend.
