    As far as indoor crafts and activities with my kids go, coloring has got to be my favorite. Considering the alternatives - play dough, finger painting, or anything that involves glitter, scissors, or glue - crayons are the art supply least likely to do permanent damage to my fine home furnishings.



    There's something almost therapeutic about coloring between the lines, but occasionally I do wish for a drawing more sophisticated than the standard pony, princess, or super hero. As it turns out, I'm not the only adult with this wish. A quick peek around the web reveals there are dozens of coloring books made for grown-ups.
