Tangerine is out and Emerald Green is in. It's official, Pantone has announced the regal color that is Emerald Green as the official color of 2013. This shocking, rich hue is right in line with the gorgeous colors shown on this past year's runways. Interestingly enough, this particular shade of green has been burning up the red carpets as well as the runways for quite some time now, so it makes sense that it's coming to the forefront of fashion in the upcoming year.

It's a color that transcends trends and seasons. It can go from a structured sheath to a ball gown and back to skinny jeans.
