    When asked who my fashion icons are, I always list Carrie Bradshaw, from Sex and the City. Costume designer Patricia Field and Sarah Jessica Parker created such an inventive stylesetter. But as I look back at the actress who played my so-called fashion icon, it all makes sense. SJP always had a cool
