A Manly Manicure?

Zac Efron showed up to the 2010 Teen Choice awards with teal fingernails-and no, they were not meant to match his baby blues. They were reportedly a tribute to his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens.

She couldn't attend the award show due to her final performance of Rent at The Hollywood Bowl, so he showed off a chipped (manly?) version of the blue manicure she wears in her role in the musical.
