Just because they have crazy schedules, there's no way that food-loving models Adriana Lima, Karlie Kloss, and Teresa Moore are going to skip a meal. Here, they tell Epicurious their game plans to surviving Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, which begins today.

How Adriana Lima Survives New York Fashion Week: I make a smoothie first thing in the morning--usually with lots of berries, banana, and chia seeds--it kick starts my metabolism and is great for boosting my energy. Throughout the day, I always keep a stash of healthy snacks and AMAZON water in my bag. I'm constantly on my feet and don't really get a chance to sit down for a meal, so I like to keep granola bars and nuts with me at all times.

Best Fashion Week City for Food: That's a tough one between New York, Paris, and Milan, but I have to say New York because it has a little bit of everything! Favorite NYC Restaurant: I absolutely love ABC Kitchen. The menu is always changing and chef Dan Kluger is a genius!

Current Food Obsessions: My daughters love blueberries. We have been throwing them in the freezer and eating them for dessert! I'm excited to try the oyster bar at The Monarch Room downtown in West Chelsea. I also heard Maison Laduree's just opened a shop up in Soho. They are my absolute favorite macarons!

How Karlie Kloss Survives New York Fashion Week: When I go backstage to a show I don't know if there's going to be catering and if there is, it's most likely very picked over so I always bring snacks. A good go-to is Justin's Almond Butter, which comes in little packets that you can buy at Whole Foods for $1. It's a delicious snack and good protein. I also love juices from NYC's Juice Press like the Omega Booster that has chia seeds and lots of omega-3 fatty acids. It's good for you and actually tastes good. I'm pretty healthy all year round but this time of year it's especially important to stay strong so I always try to eat super foods to build up my immune system. Also, I love dark chocolate so I always keep some in my bag for a quick boost of energy. You can't go wrong with Mast Brothers in Brooklyn--I love their dark chocolate with sea salt. That's a go-to. I've always wanted to go over and meet them. Their chocolate is amazing and it's all over in the city.

Restaurant Escape After the Fashion Shows: All the fashion shows are in Lincoln Center so I try to find places in the area. Rosa Mexicano is a good Mexican restaurant that we always go to because it's right around the corner. I love their spicy guacamole that's made tableside. I have a sweet tooth and I love spicy flavors so I'm always finding ways to incorporate that into whatever I'm eating.

Best Fashion Week City for Food: Since I'm so passionate about finding healthy foods, New York has the most options. But the other cities have incredible delicacies, like Milan's pasta and veal Milanese. Also, the pastries and chocolates in Paris are amazing but for me New York has more variety.

Current Food Obsessions: I love spicy foods so I'm recently into making vegetable curries. I like to experiment with cooking my own concoctions. I love chef David Chang and all the Momofuku restaurants, especially Ssam Bar. He's so talented with pairing flavors in really interesting ways. I'm obsessed with trying Sushi Nakazawa, which is co-owned by an apprentice of Jiro from Jiro Dreams of Sushi--I loved that documentary. That's the next place in New York City that I really, really want to try. I wish I could figure out how to get a reservation at that restaurant. [Epicurious is on the case Karlie!]

How Teresa Moore Survives New York Fashion Week: Snacks! I pack apples and oranges for something fresh, plus raw almonds or Kind bars for energy. I also have lots of vitamins and Berocca that I take in the morning to maximize my energy so I don't get sick. For breakfast I usually have All-Bran made like a porridge with chia seeds and dried fruit and nuts. If I'm not so hungry I have a Mother Earth green juice from Juice Press instead. It's great to alkalize your body.

Restaurant Escapes During and After the Fashion Shows: I love Bar Masa's lunch special. It's super affordable and luxurious and great for anytime you need a meal by Lincoln Center. New York is an amazing place for bars and restaurants. I love ABC Kitchen, Catch, and Wong for dinner. For somewhere chill Rouge et Blanc is super cool. I think Boqueria is awesome for drinks and tapas.

Favorite NYC Restaurants: Ooh there are so many amazing restaurants! At Nobu, I love the miso black cod and jalapeño hamachi. At Jean-Georges, the poached lobster. At Wolfgang's, it's the dry aged steak.

Best Fashion Week City for Food: New York has the best and healthiest food at all price points.

Current Food Obsessions: Kale salad anywhere. It feels so nutritious and so yummy. Soho House has the best one and Juice Press is a close second. The most interesting restaurant I went to recently is Xi'an Famous Foods which has phenomenal flavors in dishes like the Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand-Ripped Noodles with cilantro--like nothing I've ever tried.
