Behati Prinsloo Spills the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Backstage, Uh, Secret to Looking Good in Skivvies

In an interview with The Edit, newlywed Behati Prinsloo spilled a backstage secret that the ladies at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show use right before the big event to make sure they look amazing in their undies.
"All the girls are doing squats backstage," she confessed.

Why? Well, have you ever noticed that right after working a muscle, it stays tight for a while after, so it looks more defined? That's what the ladies are taking advantage of--it exaggerates the appearance of their muscle tone for just long enough to give them a little more confidence on the catwalk.
What to take away from this: If you're on the beach and you know you're going to be photographed at some point, you can sneak off and get a few squats in. How very Angel of you.
