    The Best Time to Shop for Your Wedding Dress, Plus 5 Gorgeous Gowns Under $1,000

    If Christmas through Valentine's Day is engagement season, then the next couple of months are prime time for wedding dress shopping. But if you're a newly minted bride-to-be and eager to start searching, we suggest holding off on visiting the pricey specialty stores-at least for a week.



    Starting next Wednesday, February 22 (and lasting until Sunday, February 26), Lord & Taylor is having a HUGE online bridal sale-prices will range from $99 to $399-and it's really really worth checking out. (You'll be able to find everything right here. )

      If you are going to buy a wedding gown online, you should first go into a bridal shop and try on gowns, there are so many styles of gowns, and you need to be sure of you size. There are several other places to shop online including ebay, Gowns For You, David's Bridal, A Bride's Affair, and they are under $1,000 all year round, not just in February, just search wedding gowns, good luck to all brides to be

      I have found e-bay to be the best place to get a wedding dress - they are custom made for YOU and are way more inexpensive than you think - the most beautiful of dresses are less than $200 and come directly from the person making it - most of them are from overseas and are absolutely gorgeous and I don't even think I've seen one for more than $200 - check it out ladies - could save you hundreds on a dress that you plan to wear once and you could save yourself much more money to be used in other ways for your wedding, like the honeymoon......................
