Yesterday kicked off many parties and events to bring in BET's 2010 Award Show. Of these parties was Debra Lee's main Pre reception event. Although Debra Lee, CEO of BET, stepped out in a very stylish, attention-demanding way, other celebrities seemed to disappoint in the fashion category. One can only hope that the red carpet for the BET awards will be more satisfying.
