BRIDES Magazine Checks Out J. Crew's First Bridal Salon

J.Crew is on a roll-first gathering some of the best labels in the world to create J.Crew-exclusive items for its catalog, and now with a brand-new bridal salon that's elegant and luxurious. (Think Parisian fashion salon, circa the 1940s.) The two-floor store, which opened today at 769 Madison Avenue in New York City, is a one-stop shop for everything wedding-related. On the ground floor, you'll find in-store-only cocktail dresses (including those little sequin frocks J.Crew does so well), vintage jewelry, accessories, perfume, delicate wedding-night lingerie, and Spanx. (They really did think of everything.)

For some personal attention, brides can go downstairs for their one-on-one appointment with a J.Crew specialist. There they'll also find airy wedding gowns, a rainbow of bridesmaids' dresses, and fitting-room suites, so the whole bridal party can try on dresses all at once. Want to create an authentic Parisian experience? Indulge in a complimentary glass of champagne while you're pampered-c'est parfait for a bride-to-be.
