Hillary and Chris tied the knot on Saturday in Upstate New York; the audience was small and composed of only friends and family, but the two love birds posted a charming video to Lady Antebellum's website, letting fans get a peek at the glorious day. Lovely, right? Though if you're anything like me, your immediate reaction to that video was probably something like, "My goodness! What a stunning dress!" Wang was Hillary's first choice of designers for her dress; indeed, when the Lady Antebellum singer first began planning her wedding, she immediately contacted the designer about creating a one-of-a-kind custom dress. "Hillar was joyous, over the moon," Wang told People. "[She was] enchanted with the thought of a hand-pieced, hand-engineered lace mermaid wedding gown." And that's just what she got! The dress ended up being strapless with all-over lace underlay, a layered tulle skirt with horsehair banding, and a hand-cut corded lace applique with hand-applied crystal and pearl beading. The final touch for the look was an embroidered, cathedral length mantilla veil with hand-cut Chantilly lace applique. Wang elaborated on the design, saying, "While the dress was very tailored, the lace work was extremely feminine. [She was] a contemporary vision of a traditional bride."
