This years marks the 50th anniversary of " Cleopatra." The epic 1963 film remains one of the most extravagant and expensive movies ever made, $42 million back then, so that's $330 million with inflation-more than "Avatar." It was also responsible for one of the biggest love affairs of all time, the romance between co-stars Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Twentieth Century Fox and Bulgari have commemorated this anniversary with a newly-restored version of the film premiering at Cannes Film Festival and a limited release in theaters. Oscar-nominee Jessica Chastain, attended the Cannes event wearing Elizabeth Taylor's iconic Bulgari jewelry.
