It's not upto us to judge people. If they have the money and want to have plastic surgery to look and feel good, it's their prerogative. And for those who choose to age gracefully good for them too. People should be allowed to make their own decisions without being judged. They rnot harming anyone. Live and let live.

wouldn't call her insecure she was undergoing these treatments before Ashton K and thermage is not surgical let’s get real most people can work out daily and when they get a certain age body fat become a problem that does not shed with eating healthy and exercise and the skin lacks elasticity. No one looks super, hot without makeup if they say they aren’t wearing any make up that’s because they are wearing a makeup concealer with a facial moisturizer and mascara to give their skin a glow, I applaud anyone on any efforts they want to take on improving their appearance for themselves, and on the other hand if she hadn't done all this you would all be talking about how horribly old she looks let’s face she can't win for losing so why don’t you all stop judging Demi and go live your own lives.

Thermage weekly? Sounds kinds fishy to me. You are not supposed to have treatment all that often. I know that I read on a plastic surgery site that usually 2-3 treaments spaced apart by a few weeks is how it's used. Some people have less. It can be damaging if abused. It's supposed to last for 6-12 months. I've heard people complain that they were'nt happy with the results and some had damage.I think she has work done, quite a bit but the Thermage thing does'nt sound right.

I think she looks fabulous... and the folks that judge the fact that another looks better by pointing out "treatments" they've had are none short of envious, sour grape eating trolls. Lets play fair and be honest - Is the real issue that she looks fabulous with those treatments what makes you gripe or is it really the fact that you haven't got the money to have the same treatments and look equally as fabulous, and you've no choice other that to resign yourself to the fate of settling for the impedding onset of jowls, wrinkles and saddle bags really what's got you down? Be honest ;)

so much money and to use it on plastic surgery, why not donate some to charity and for the younger hubby he will get tired of her soon and find someone else..they all do.. at least Ashton is real in his parts of the body at least Ihope so ..Now bruce he is a hunk of manmeat....

Ever since Demi photographed herself in a bikini, while looking in a mirror, I have come to the conclusion that she's loosing it. Too bad she places that much pressure on herself. It's not necessary.

And what about Halle berry? or a whole bunch others, not to mention make up, lighting and photoshop? Give it up, it's the nature of this beast, this type of life, glamour. Anyone who has fantasies thinking any of this just happens is naive.

If she hadn't robbed the craddle, she wouldn't have spent so much on herself. She could do so much more good with that kind of money instead of trying to keep up with her immature husband.

I feel as though aging gracefully and letting nature take its course is what will really make you beautiful at any age.

Demi is fake. Its very sad that she is so insecure, she cannot age naturally. I'm not against plastic surgery and most of Hollywood has had some type of plastic surgery but to go to the extreme like Demi and Heidi is pitiful!!!

I did just google 'Demi without makeup" as someone here suggested, and saw nothing 'earth shattering' at all. I saw ONE unflattering photo of her that was clearly nothign more than a bad angle...where she had her mouth open in a weird way. But as for her looking 'ghastly' or anything sans makeup, I didn't see that.

Plenty of celebrities I DID see online in these 'celebrities without makeup' sites...plenty of them look totally fine...just like you and I without makeup. Others DID look a bit worse.

But my point is....we women have been so brainwashed into thinking that our NATURAL faces must be hidden at all costs...or that they are something to be EMBARRASSED of...that we look 'washed out' without makeup. And what a horrible way to be. Do MEN ever worry aobut looking 'washed out' without makeup?!

In many ways I think most women are MORE beautiful without makeup because you see the REAL woman....with all her little flaws and bumps and discolorations and dark circles etc. And isn't that what REAL people look like?!

Oh please. Joanna, I sense a bit of envy in this sad little journalistic effort. Yes, I know that was a tad mean. How did it feel? Shine needs to re-staff.

Helen Marin and Meryl Streep are not hot! They look like somber old ladies. Moore is smoking , whatever she does it works. Treatments are like hair dye and make up all maintain-enc and she looks darn good! If it makes you happy do it! All the naysayers are either too broke or paranoid to get the surgery to enhance their appearances. Walk through a mall, plenty of fat ugly unfashionable women! I say go for it! Haters are simply jealous...!
