What about long faces? Why not post some real women - from the street? These are beautiful women and not the average so it's not really helpful at all. Thanks.

I really have a big forehead, what the medics would call frontal bossing, and i have failed to get the appropiate hairstyle for me. Please advise me.

I have an thin oval face and i would have fairly thin hair. i would like a style which would have volume with it and not very short.

Why not consider those of us who don't want to relive the "hair" of our grandmothers born in the late 1800 or, my mom, born in the 1920s. I'm sick to death of everything being for the younger set. I'm a size 12 petite and I don't want to look dowdy!!!

Combine this article with the Yahoo! article about the
17-year-old boy who ALLEGEDLY looks similar to Justin Bieber,
but only because of the hair style.

How about us over 50, and not feeble, and still fit women? My hair is past my shoulders, I am a motorcycle rider and long hair works best under a helmet. There are lots of us out there these days, why dont the fashion designers put something out there for us? We arent kids, we arent ready for the nursing home, we want a place in fashion too. Come on now, the clothing isnt right for us, the hairstyles dont reflect who we are, and dam the shoes are really rediculous. Designers, you want to make money, well, we have money to spend too. Get with it. I dont want to look like a kid or a fossil.

Again, my face shape isn't listed.

Its hard to describe - picture perfectly round face, that is my eyes down. Add a smaller square on top, that is my forehead. All I know is that bangs for me are a MUST. But I can't find any advice anywhere about what cut would suit me. The only cut I've ever liked was done back in high school by a guy who then moved and the next girl couldn't quite get it right.

Emma Stone looks like she was ridden hard and put away wet. Her eye make-up has her looking like a heroine addict. I don't think that this is an image I want flaunted in front of my daugther. This whole "Shine" thing is extremely shallow and has nothing to do with real life. Hey, Yahoo, why waste the world's time with this garbage?

I've been doing hair for 24 years. What I gathered from this article is that any haircut works for any faceshape. Poor examples of faceshape/ hairstyles!

Thanks for leaving out my face shape entirely. "Oval" is not the same as "long and skinny," which is the shape of my face.

I agree there all long hair. Not everbody has long hair.

I agree, Demi Moore looks like a troll doll with that long stringy hair. She looks like an older want to be young lady. It is probably because of that boy she is married to.
