@Mary No need to offend anyone but my 11 y.o sister needs a bra and she does wear one. I would say it's inappropriate for them to be modeling the stuff but i see nothing wrong with them wearing it.

What happened to days of the week underwear for the kids? That's what I wore, and I loved them! This is only going to "sex up" the younger generations, and it's unacceptable. No wonder 13 year olds are having babies...

The people that was involved in the photoshoot(make up,directors,producers,photographers,etc.)should be in jail,there's a moment in which a person has to draw the line and say no, that's inmoral i'm not gonna do it!!!.

I would assume these ads will be found on child pornography sites soon. This is just awful. It is an obvious attempt by marketing department to "create" a percieved need for an as of yet nonexsistant market. Preteen girls in brassieres??? What is next? are they going to market condoms to 7 year old boys? Blatant exploitation at its worst. And what is MOST disturbing is it will probably work. preteen little girls will probably start feeling they aren't properly outfitted if they don't have the lasest in adult underwear. And worse yet, there are mothers out there that will buy it.

I don't really have a problem with teenagers wearing lingerie, but children that have not reached puberty should not be wearing sexy clothing.

Not in Europe. Only in the US are children not expected to be potty trained before their second birthday. It wasn't always like this: in the 1950s, the average age for completion of potty training in the US was 18 months.

I think sexy lingerie is completely inappropriate for any female who is, say, age 17 and under; especially for very young girls and babies. Keep in mind, though, if no one buys the stuff, the companies won't be able to continue marketing it. Our dollars speak louder than our blog, forum, mb, etc. posts do. If we really feel that strongly against it, then show it where it will speak loudest; your wallet.

Why would parents have a problem with this? This summer has been no exception for very tight short shorts on young girls. So many resemble underwear with buttcheeks almost exposed. I see them with their parents, so it's clearly it's condoned. Your daughter's butt hanging out in public doesn't bother you, it's summer! If you insist on considering your daughter so innocent that very short shorts are an acceptable clothes choice, then why would fancy bras & panties bother you? It's all cute & innocent, remember? All I have to say is that I don't dare download any of those pictures. If someone were to complain, those alone would be sufficient to get me accused, at least, of possessing child pornography. I have no idea what the people who ordered this shoot were thing, as even France has some pretty stirct laws on kiddy porn.

This should not be allowed, very disturbing . These little girls just want to be little girls, they do not want to be pin up girls fro some sicko ! Definetly crossing the line into child porn. These mothers should be ashamed of themselves.

It's ridiculous to make these children lingerie. They are children and they are being exploited. How many children do you see running around with their hair and face made up under the age of 13. The parents ought to be arrested. They are leaving their children wide open for the interest of child predators. It's disgusting.
