FullBeauty.com offers plus-size undergarments and bras up to size 50N
The average bra size in America is a 36DD, yet it's often hard to find an attractive or comfortable bra in full-figure sizes. And if you can find such an enigma of an undergarment, you may not be able to afford it. But those days are over! A new site called FullBeauty.com just launched that carries bras from 36B to 50N. Worried about finding cute panties to match? Most styles range from Medium up to 5XL or more. They also carry shapewear, hosiery, nighties, pajamas, robes, and every other lingerie accoutrement imaginable.
"There's Victoria's Secret, which owns the misses' market, but there really is no [retail] competition in the marketplace for the plus-size bra business, and the beauty of this is there are very few players," Michelle Crawbuck, the vice-president and brand manager told Women's Wear Daily. "Bras are among the most highly technical products to manufacture, with 40 components or more. That's why people don't dabble in the plus-size bra business - it's too complicated, and we've been doing it for years."
