Long braids are now modern with height at the crown and over-the-shoulder placement. "I applied Sebastian Professional Volupt Spray [$19.95] to add hold and lift," explains Rachel McAdams's stylist, Thomas Dunkin. Forgo the brush as you blow-dry. "It will look forced if it's too polished. Go with a part that's easy to find, and braid to the end."
