    Get Jessica Biel's Sexy, Refined Beach Waves in 4 Simple Steps

    Last night, Jessica Biel showed off a chic, refined way to wear those perpetually sexy beach waves. Stylist Mark Townsend, working with Dove, took inspiration from Brigitte Bardot when creating the actress's look. "For the MTV Movie Awards, I wanted Jessica's hair to be cool, modern, and beautiful, just like her," he said. Jessica's loose, full waves are easy to achieve. First, spritz on a heat protecting spray, and then add a volumizing mousse to damp hair. Then, simply blow-dry the hair with a large round brush for movement and lift. When finished, spray with a flexible hold spray for stiff-free results.
