Hello Kitty may be little, but she's full grown. Today, everyone's favorite bow-headed Sanrio cat celebrates her 36th birthday. In homage to one of the most adorable characters ever created, I whipped up this fast and furious Hello Kitty manicure. It may not be the neatest or most complicated piece of nail art, but it is cute, and all you need to do it are a couple toothpicks and white, red, black, and yellow nail polish.
