    Inside Adam Lambert's Makeup Bag

    Okay, we get it Adam Lambert, you're gay. It's a shocking revelation. Now can we talk makeup already? Nestled in between speculations about those crazy Twilight kids' romance and Kate Gosselin's "revenge bikini body," we came across an item regarding Glambert's beauty regimen in OK! this week. We're not too surprised to find out that his favorite polish is OPI's Black Onyx, but it was amusing to read that he relies on not one but two different guyliners: He wears Me By Mezhgan's Define Me Eye Liner for his, ahem, conservative day look, and saves M.A.C.'s Eye Kohl in Smolder for more dramatic moments like, oh say, performing on Idol.

    He might want to try Superdrug's guyliner also.

    His beauty philosophy? "I love the '80s hair-metal thing when people were comfortable in their own skin," he told the tab. "I want to get back to that." Hm... sounds a tad contradictory, but no matter. Now we can assume that big ol' hair of his will only continue to soar to new heights.

      Why do I care about what Adam Lambert or anyone else does with their private parts? Why is announcing, "I'm gay!" any different from announcing, "I'm straight!"??? Simply none of my or anyone else's business. YUCK. And since few of us will EVER wear as much makeup as Lambert, the rest of the story isn't very relatable.

      Why not do a story about his m-u-s-i-c? Maybe his views on the whole AI competetion or how he varied his style throughout AI? Something that's interesting...?

      Not into his screamo style, but I do love his flawless finish. He did a good job picking out his eyeliner, but his foundation is heavy - like the make up they put on a corpse for an open casket funeral. And he needs at least a little tint on his lips. And, seriously, on his coming out - who didn't see that one coming?

      Completely unrelated to this article-I have a question as to why gay men try to be feminine and why certain lesbians try to be more masculine?? I thought the point was that gay men liked MANLY men and that lesbians liked the woman figure w/o the baggie jeans, etc...just a thought...

      I think he should have won. He by far had the best voice & he was a much better entertainer. I could care less about his sexual choices it's about talent.
