Kate Middleton Makes the Best Faces when Watching Sports

Acting students worldwide will no doubt study candids of Kate Middleton at sporting events for years to come, as the duchess has proven that, over the course of any given sporting event, she will reflect, on her face, the full spectrum of emotions humans are capable of demonstrating. What we're trying to say is: the woman gets into her sports.

At Wimbledon a few weeks ago, Kate, delightfully, grimaced and bit her lip and shrieked and laughed, all while Andy Murray struggled on the court during his eventual quarterfinal loss. And then yesterday, at the Commonwealth Games (which we know primarily as the Event Which Delivered Onto Us the Glorious Queen Selfie Photobomb), Kate-joined by William and Harry (in, adorably, matching white button-downs)-took in boxing, gymnastics, and hockey competitions.

And, again, Kate was really feeling it. We have our OMG face (top left), our OMFG face (top right); our "I've got a silly secret and I'm not gonna tell" face (bottom left), and our "Oh, what, you don't look Vogue-cover-ready while casually watching a hockey game? That's a shame" face (bottom right).
