    Kate Middleton Solo on Valentine’s Day

    With husband Prince William deployed to the Falklands, there was no moping about for Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge. Instead, the future queen spent Valentine's Day doing good works.

    Poised as ever, Middleton toured a number of charitable organizations in Liverpool, England, including Action on Addiction, of which she is a patron. According to the Associated Press, Kate received a bouquet of red roses and a card from eight-year-old Jaqson Johnston-Lynch whose mother runs the organization. Reportedly, he wrote "Happy Valentine's Day, your Royal Highness. I'm sorry Prince William can't be here." Middleton assured his mother Jacquie that she had received a card and flowers from her husband in the morning.

    Despite the fact that Prince William is 8,000 miles away, Middleton was feeling the love from the crowds that gathered along Liverpool's main thoroughfares. Looking elegant and understated in a slim, Valentine's appropriate chocolate brown wool overcoat, black tights and black suede pumps, she graciously accepted more bouquets and cards from her adoring fans. Britain's Mirror reports her Hobbs coat sold out online in under an hour after Middleton was pictured wearing it.

      Princess Diane was the most beautiful woman in the world and I admired her greatly, and I am so pleased to see Prince \William is a lot like her and he chose a wonderful, down to earth girl, Princess Diane would be so proud, she is picking up where Princess Diane left off with her good works,God bless you Prince William and Princess Kate ,

        For goodness sake get of the Di kick, who the devil do you think took care of the boys while she was gallivanting all over the world with her nemerous men. Give credit where it is due Charles has done a great job and made sure that his son married the girl the HE loved.and was not forced into a marriage.

      She is indeed a beautiful woman just as was her mother-in-law and yes I do mean Diana and not Camilla. William did great in picking a bride that will do as great a job of being Princess as his mom did. However, I think everyone should see her for the work she does and stop comparing her to her late mother-in-law. Kate will be in the future as she is now a great Princess that all of England will be proud to have and one day call her Queen I'm sure. I wish only the best to them both and a very Happy Valentines Day.

      Kate Middleton indeed makes a stunning queen, but I would like to add two words to describe her in addition to classy, beautiful, intelligent. She is compassionate and has such discretion the world would never know her faults, because she has chosen the path of role model. Whether she is all that all the time, only the King knows for sure. But one thing I am certain of is the Kardashians are rich and beautiful, but they aren''t class acts. How many American kids want to be Queen Kate for a day compared to being one of the Kardashians for a day. I'd seriously like to know.
