Is Lisa Frank Making a Comeback?

Remember in elementary school when your Lisa Frank trapper keeper was the equivalent of a Chanel purse? It was the ultimate accessory. First, there's the Lisa Frank app, which launched in mid-July, and allows you to adorn your photos with her trademark stickers and then share them on Facebook and Twitter. Most recently, the elusive Lisa Frank herself (yes, she's actually a real woman) gave a rare interview to The Daily. She reminisced on the beginnings of her rainbow and unicorn empire, and suggested that reality TV could be on the horizon. Frank cited "Project Runway" as one of her favorite shows, and we could totally see her prancing puppies and bunnies easily translating into an awesome PR challenge.

And while it may seem a little odd that Lisa Frank is making a foray into the fashion world, it's really not that bizarre. After all, last year she started selling adult-sized apparel on her official website, and this February Jeremy Scott featured a Lisa Frank-inspired collection during Fashion Week. Her psychedelic style has a trippy, kitschy vibe to it that appeals to our inner 5 th grader, so it makes sense that Lisa Frank will always have a place in our hearts.

What do you think? Are you glad Lisa Frank is making a comeback? Were you Lisa Frank obsessed as a kid?
