Fashion has been neglecting diversity since creation and as soon as a group gets up and does something nice for themselves people want to scream "Reverse racism! Reverse racism!" Oh please! Everything is a little bit racist so don't put down something trying to give unrecognized designers an outlet.

That model is terribly thin...but unlike most runway models has a GORGEOUS face. Wow. She should put on 20 pounds and do print and catalog work.

Dania please pull your simple little head out of your #$%$ It would only be racist if by doing so it would prevent whites from doing the same. But since whites have monopolized the industry since the industry began it is hardly racist to dedicate a few days to AA designers - for opportunity sake.

There are many black designers, but getting into Fashion week is cutthroat. This gives opportunity to display another take on fashion.

Love how the people who go on and on about how "women come in all shapes and sizes" are the first to bash a thin woman. #hypocrites
