Steal of the Month: Super Cheap, but Still Chic

Edited by Meredith Melling Burke, Vogue

"I love the way Jason Wu cuts clothes. It's classic and ladylike," says Alexa Chung in February's Steal of the Month column by Esther Adams, in which Norman Jean Roy photographed the host of 24 Hour Catwalk in a modern, gamine piece from Jason Wu's new collection for Target. Wearing a $40 shirtdress from the capsule collection, Chung epitomizes the idea that you don't need to wear high-priced clothes in order to be considered a high-fashion icon. And so, in honor of the upcoming release of Jason Wu for Target, we bring you ten stylish finds, all under $100, and all proving that personality, not price, always makes for winning style.

All overpriced and not particularly interesting. Only good for one season. The earrings were the most interesting because of the color. The classic design would last for years. Go to Marshalls, TJMaxx for cheaper versions of the clothes.

90 dollars on a shirt and skirt it not a steal, nor is a 40 dollar shirt dress. It is a steal if I can afford it on my 400 a month budget and still pay all my bills
