Did anyone else notice that it's six degrees out? SIX! The only thing I want to do today is to hop in a steamy shower and snuggle up with my Kindle at home. But, since I'll be glued to my desk for another few hours, I'll have to make do with my absolute favorite product for cold days like today. What is it you ask?

It's Babo Botanicals Lavender Meadowsweet Calming Moisturizing Lotion, $16.50: a lotion that softens my painfully dry skin and smells like summer in my mom's garden (probably because of the instantly calming lavender and the majorly hydrating meadowsweet oil). It's made for babies and is packed with soothing ingredients like chamomile, kudzu, watercress and calendula, so it's gentle enough for my super-sensitive winter skin but rich enough to really hydrate. Plus, the founder Kate Solomon produces all the products at an organic farm in upstate New York so that she can support sustainable, pesticide free agriculture - something that's super important to me (check out more on the company here).

Lucky enough to be on the warmer side of the things? I'm a huge fan of Babo Botanical Cucumber Aloe Vera UV Sport Conditioning Spray, $16, too. It protects hair from UV and chlorine with wild pansy, and conditions with aloe vera and cucumber.
