The Top 5 Best Eye Creams Ever

I've been surrounded by beauty booty long enough to not wet my pants over most products, but when it comes to eye creams, I'm still a junkie at heart. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then a good eye product is the curtain that you want to look immaculate, or um, something like that. At any rate, here are the five besties I've ever come across.

Lancôme High Resolution Eye with Collaser-48
The newish eye serum that's been advertised as containing a powerful combination of ingredients such as Vitamin P, HEPEs, and caffeine to erase wrinkles and help improve the skin circulation around the eyes seriously delivers. Not only do my crow's feet shrivel away in its presence after a few weeks of usage, due to an almost undetectable luminescence in the formula, High Resolution has that rare capacity to deliver immediate results. I can't say enough good things about it, and as my supply runs lower, I get nervous that discontinuing use may result in the sudden onset of droopy bags and a roadmap of wrinkles. Fingers crossed!

Neutrogena Visibly Firm Eye Cream, Active Copper Formula

I always tell my girls not to skimp on the eye cream (that's what cleansers and toners are for), but this Neutrogena gem works so well, you'll forget you bought it at the drugstore. Derms love this product, and there's a reason: for $19, it's a good deal, and totally effective at firming and plumping delicate eye skin while being perfectly appropriate for all sensitive skin types and those of us who believe fragrance is best left to perfume. So there ya go.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex

Despite the name being quite a mouthful (personal product pet peeve!), just like Lauder's truly excellent original Advanced Night Repair facial serum, this baby illuminates, firms, tones, hydrates and works as an anti-irritant in the area where you need all those things all at once. It's also a perennial Allure favorite. Oh and don't worry, you can use it in the daytime, too. We won't tell.

    Airbrush Refining Eye Cream
I must confess, this is the one product on this list that I haven't eat/sleep/breathed in, but I'm going to have to take Oprah and just about every major women's magazine's word for it and say that it comes so very highly recommended, there's got to be something to it. The cache ingredient here is emu oil, a great natural humectant, plus proven anti-agers green tea, vitamin E and ceramides. Thousands of testimonials--both professional and amateur in origin--confirm, nay rave, that Airbrush literally lives up to its name when it comes to eyes.

Kanebo Sensai Premier the Eye Cream
And finally, the great big granddaddy of all eye creams, ever. I'm not usually one to promote outrageously expensive products, and at $320.00 for 0.52 ounces, this Kanebo wonder drug certainly fits the bill. However, I've had my jar for about six months now, and because it's so very rich and concentrated, so little goes such a long way that it's not even half empty at this point. There's value in dat dem jar! According to Saks, "Super Fibro Activator promotes collagen synthesis contributing to minimize appearance of fine lines and wrinkles." I say, this ----- really works, trust me.

Got a favorite that didn't make this list? Let us know immediately girls!

La Mer Eye Concentrate is the best. I have used Lancome's,Estee's, Philosophy and numerous others but never did I see instant results like I did with La Mer. It is expensive but worth every penny!

I just bought the Neutrogena Eye Cream yesterday and love it! It has a little bit of shimmer to it (the copper) which brightens your eyes, helps with the dark circles, but not it a scary, shimmery way. It is also very rich and felt like it did firm the skin around my eyes. Hope the firming eventually erases my wrinkles ; )

use little cosmetics...but of a good branded company....cause as you go old bad products used on the skin makes the skin sag...etc....drink lots of water....according to your weight ...for example a person with 40 kgs should drink 4 litres of water....

I use my own eye cream that I created for Dead Sea Wonders. You really should try it, my favorite is the "Repairing Aloe Vera Eye Cream", all of our products are enriched with Dead Sea Minerals and vitamins. This particular eye cream is quickly absorbed, it smooths out skin and is very gentle on the delicate skin around the eyes. You can order it at: www.deadseawonders.net

I use AVONs new ANEW ULTIMATE Contouring Eye System
,forgot the name had to google it. It comes with cream to use day and night, along with a concentrated serum to use at night under the eye and crows feet area. It was pricey @ $30.00 but not as bad as $300, and it works great.

I'm just about out of eye cream so I might try the Neutrogena kind. I tend to use the drug store brands because I don't make the kind of money where $300 eye cream is a reasonable purchase. I don't have a particular favorite eye cream right now but I do like Earth Theraputics cucumber eye pads. They make my eyes feel refreshed and they force me to be quiet and close my eyes for at least 10 minutes at a time.

I use Arbonne's NutriMin C RE9 eye cream - best I've found yet. Used with no animal by-products and formulated in Switzerland, can't beat the best of science and nature. Loved it so much, I sell it! You can find it on my website http://favoritethings.myarbonne.com

i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my garnier nutritioniste anti fatigue daily eye cream. i get the regular kind, not the ultra lift. so you're on your own if you're looking to combat the deep wrinkles it proports to fill. HOWEVER, the regular stuff is DA BOMB! it's so soothing and refreshing and it WORKS. i was getting to be "queen of the dark circles" but after a week of daily and nightly use, i was clear as a summer day! and for a medium skin toned black girl, that's saying ALOT! i was JUST at their website and they have a new anti puff eye roller. so there's something new to try! woo hoo! :)
