Trend Alert: Bubble Skirt......!
If you're sale shopping this month then be sure to look out for a bubble skirt. The unusual shape item is great for the Summer if you team with gladiator sandals and then even better in the winter with tights and brogues. The bubble skirt can be especially flattering for the stylish tranny accentuating the hips for that full feminine look like T.R Annie is showing here.

It's quite easy to adjust an old skirt in to a bubble shape. Simply make a small cut in to the hem of the skirt and thread through elastic before securing with a stitch.
