    Underage Kylie Jenner to model at Fashion Week illegally

Photo …When it comes to the Kardashian family we're used to Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe hogging most of the attention, but their little half-sisters Kendall and Kylie are getting hungry for the spotlight. Fifteen-year-old Kendell signed to Wilhelmina models last year, and the youngest sister, 14-year-old Kylie, is set to make her runway debut at New York Fashion Week on Monday at the Abbey Dawn by Avril Lavigne show.

    We're sure Kylie Jenner is psyched on the gig, but according to the new rules imposed by the Council of Fashion Designers of America, all models are supposed to be 16 and older! The CFDA's updated health initiative guidelines said all the top modeling agencies have pledged to not send out girls who are under 16. The CFDA has even requested that all designers check their ID cards to make sure they are at least 16 years of age. Interestingly, Jenner's birth date has just disappeared off her Wikipedia page, but she recently made tabloid reports for celebrating her 14th birthday recently on August 10.

    So how did the youngster land the gig? We're guessing it has something to do with the fact that singer/designer Avril Lavigne is dating Kylie's half-brother, Brody Jenner (whom you may recall from MTV's reality show "The Hills"). According to Women's Wear Daily, the 14-year-old will model three outfits at the Style360 event at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The trade magazine guesses that Brody, Kendell, and maybe even Kim or Kourtney might make a front row appearance at the Abbey Dawn fashion show.

    Will Kylie Jenner be allowed to walk the runway on Monday? We're guessing there's some kind of loophole since she's a friend of the designer and it's just one show, but if the CFDA wishes to stick to their guns they may not permit it.
