    Nobody stands, sits or holds their hands that way...unless they're famous-
    There are only two occasions when anyone needs stand in this position: giving birth, and posing for a fashion photographer. Cameron Diaz was doing the latter, we assume, since the photo of her squatting ferociously made the cover of UK's Elle Magazine. In the issue she talks about "liv[ing] in the present", making a movie with her ex Justin Timberlake ("Easy!"), and her healthy diet. Clearly, somebody forgot to ask: "What do you look like sitting on the toilet?" So it was up to Elle's photographer to do the dirty work.

    It's a mystery whether celebrities are asked to stand in uncomfortable poses for shock value and, thereby, newsstand sales, or whether it's celebrities themselves just trying to emulate the model poses they see in magazines. Either way, it does get your attention, doesn't it? More strange signals celebrity brains send to their celebrity limbs to follow... less
