Over the years, Nicole Richie has experimented with different hair colors and lengths (who can forget those ultralong extensions?). She even started a stylish surge of wispy blond bobs. At an event in Los Angeles last night, Nicole showed off a different look, wearing beachy-cool, chest-length waves - a sure sign that she may be letting her golden locks grow out for the new season.
