    In today's edition of who wore it best, it's a battle over the gorgeous MARCHESA embroidered red illusion dress with applique cascade skirt and shoulder. Rachel turned heads in this strategically sheer and super delicate dress at the Cannes film festival a few months ago while promoting her film, Midnight in Paris. As beautiful as the dress was on Rachel, after seeing it on display at the Marchesa Fall 2011 show, this dress was meant to be admired at a standstill. The beauty is in the details and every inch of this dress is a work of art.
