This week's edition of Who wore it best? features one of the season's most coveted colors. The look comes straight from uber designer Carolina Herrera's Spring 2012 line and was strutted down the runway by model du jour Karlie Kloss. Actress Camilla Belle was the first to take the dress for a spin at the Art of Elysium gala and she looked absolutely beautiful in this gorgeous dress.
