Fitness Magazine - Whether you get the magazine or not, the website is a plethora of amazing information, healthy recipes and beauty advice. I love the ease of navigating the website - it's very simple to find what you need - so whether you want to find a workout to tone and sculpt your legs or you want to find healthy recipes to make with summer fruits and vegetables, you'll find it here.
Pinterest - This just happens to be my favorite website at the moment for various reasons, but you can easily find healthy recipes, motivational pictures, quotes, and amazing exercises. There's an entire category devoted to fitness, so when you want to find new exercises to tone the abs or want to try out a new treadmill workout, find something on Pinterest.
Active - No matter what your fitness level is, Active offers training guides, fitness advice and local activities you can take part in. If you're interested in joining a community event, you can easily find what's being hosted in your area throughout the year and find out how to register - starting out with walking 5K events and then moving up to bigger races is a great way to build endurance and stamina over time.
Dashing Dish - This blog/website is one of my favorites because I can find amazing, healthy recipes and get great workout plans. Sign up to become a free member - or give a donation if you want to help her continue providing amazing dishes and workouts - and gain access to the variety of workout options and plans created. If you need a change to your routine or you just don't know where to start, this is a great option.
