  • 2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut in 1½-inch cubes
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • 2 packets (1 ounce each) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 small zucchini, each cut in six pieces
  • 1 large red pepper, cut in 1½-inch squares
  • ½ pound medium whole mushrooms
  • Bamboo skewers
  1. Place bamboo skewers in a diPlace steak cubes in a dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, dressing mix, cumin and pepper.
  3. Reserve ⅓ cup of this marinade for the vegetables.
  4. Thread steak cubes on skewers.
  5. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes; turn and continue to broil for 3–4 minutes or to desired doneness.
  6. Toss vegetables with reserved marinade.
  7. Skewer and broil about 4 minutes or until done.
