    Cranberry-Glazed Pork Ribs

    servings:6
    cook time:45min

    Top ideas for dinner tonight

These grilled country-style pork ribs are glazed with a tangy cranberry sauce. The flavor of the cinnamon sticks used in the sauce pairs nicely with the cranberry flavor. This is a good sauce recipe for those who do not like a sweet sauce. There are more pork recipes for you to enjoy at grilled pork recipes.

    Ingredients

    • 1 8-ounce can whole cranberry sauce (1 cup)
    • 3 inches stick cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
    • 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
    • 1-1/2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs

    Directions

    1. 1For sauce, cook and stir cranberry sauce, cinnamon, mustard, and orange peel over medium heat for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Set aside.
    2. 2Arrange preheated coals around a drip pan in a covered grill. Test for medium heat above pan. Place ribs on grill over drip pan. Brush with sauce. Cover and grill for 45 to 60 minutes or until ribs are tender and cooked through, brushing ribs occasionally with sauce. Heat any remaining sauce. Remove and discard stick cinnamon. Serve sauce with ribs. Makes 6 servings.
