Been wondering how to make nice chicken tenders.

This is a easy to follow recipe and easy to execute. I follow it to the tee and the chicken strip came out just about right. In my attempt I added slight chili power to the the flour/salt/pepper mix to give it a bit of kick. Man, I tell u it added a new dimension to the chicken.

Lastly, remember to take the chicken tenders with a nice cold beer. :)
