I used white wine vinegar and some country broth which has veggie stock and white wine in it because I felt there wasn't enough liquid left in order to bake. It came out pretty good I actually enjoyed the taste. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper which was all it needed. However, I had to add a dash or 4 of tabasco since i eat spicey daily... but overall the ranch wiht the white wine was a wonderful combination.
