Summer Tuna SaladThe complete recipe for Summer Tuna Salad on Yahoo! Shine.
  • ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed (optional)
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) Fresh Express® Hearts of Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • or, 1 cup cooked bay shrimp,
  • or, 1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup Grimmway® shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ⅓ diced red onion
  • Sugar snap peas (garnish)
  1. Mix the dressing together with the dill.
  2. Toss all the salad ingredients together with the dressing.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
  4. Garnish the outside edge of the salad with the sugar snap peas.
