Do not surmise everyone on Yahoo's site has rugrats, or, interested in toys. Even if one does have children we do not need people ramming advertising down our throats. By the way the monster doll is horrible and in bad taste.

Monster High Dolls are my daughters favorite toys she does not even look at the barbie dolls anymore. I love the dolls myself and think if you have a problem with these toys as an adult then you need to get over it. Twilight, Vampire daries, and the secret circle. People need to grow up it is for kids.

I bought my daughter the shark air swimmer,I don't even know how to put it together, there are so many pieces you have to put together to attach to the air swimmer and the directions don't help at all its very very confusing its still laying in the box,I was very very disappointed after spending almost60.00 for this toy not only you have to buy the air swimmer you have to also get the helium tank to fill it up,I would not recommend to buy this product, unless you are a rocket scientist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, THIS POPPED UP WHILE I WAS TRYING FIND THE DIMENSIONS OF A BAT HOUSE. MY BOYS (ages 10 &16) & I ENJOY BUILDING NOTHING TO SOMETHING.
IF YOU WANT EDUCATIOAL TOYS, LETS TEACH THE BOYS TO BE MEN, PUT A WRENCH IN HIS HAND AND TEACH HIM HOW TO USE IT. LETS TEACH THE GIRLS TO BE LADIES. IN MY OPINION, WE AS PARENTS, MYSELF INCLUDED, SPEND MORE TIME TRYING TO MAKE SURE OUR CHILDREN ARE HAPPY AND NOT TEACHING.

      SORRY THE VENT

There is so much more to the monster high Dolls than their looks and I purchased a bunch of them for my 7 year old daughter who loves them. The monster high theme is they are different and it is important to embrace what makes each person unique so as a mom who does her research I approve and hope to purchase more :)

Bought the Monster Dolls for my granddaughters for Halloween...They loved them!.. "M- hrs ago below)" is right on with her comments. Toys that stimulate imagination, creativity, and inquistive learning should be what we buy our children. IF you think little girls (& boys) are looking at how skinny their dolls are and reflect on their self image you obviously are caught up in the hype that the media controls you and your children's lives. YOU are responsible for instilling confidence and a sense of healthy self image. Stop buying them ice cream cones as rewards and "HAPPY meals" at fast food restaurants if you are concerned of their weight. Fill up your fridge with healthier foods. AS for toys, I bought my grandson a book on magic ( he's 8) and a magic kit. He now does magic acts for our family gathering...while building confidence, showmanship, and personality, Much better than a flying fish or another technological WIZ toy that has them staring at the TV or tiny computer monitor straining their eyes! Stop using the TV and computer as a babysitter and sit and read with your children. Get on the floor and play with them for at least an hour a day. Bring them to a playground or ball field just to run and kick a soccer ball around. Enjoy your children while you can. They grow up so quickly. A healthy happy holiday to you all!!

Pornographic? hogwash, the regular Barbie on the shelf looks more like a #$%$ than the monster doll! Not to mention those ugly #$%$ Brat dolls. These dolls are unique and we love them.

Apparenlty these moms have not seen what Barbie wears? Why not complain about Brats or Moxi dolls before Monster high. With all the vampire and werewolf craze going on, I prefer my child playing with this then being one of those children in the theatre screaming team Edward/Jacob.
