I read articles everyday that tell of someone losing a huge amount of weight, it sounds great uplifting and wonderful until yu read the entire story. For the most part someone only ate one thing for entire year or only drank one a specific brand. Let's get real. People gain and lose weight. The only ones who make the news are the the extremeist. Personally, I ahve been on sopme type of diet for the past two years. I am proud to say I have lost 61 puonds. I still have 40-50 to go, but I struggle every day. I have tried herbs, supplements anything that is in fashion at the time. I hate to exercise, i don't eat canyd, drink sodas or eat high calorie foods. My metabolism is slow. No Dr will treat, but are quick to say frop those pounds. Insurance companies will not pay for percriptions to help So over the counter medications that may or may not harm your heart and kidneys. So what is a person to do? Not all fat people are fat because of diet. What do you think?
