25 Percent of Americans Say They Get Absolutely NO Exercise. Here Are the 10 Most Inactive States in the U.S

Well...there's certainly something to be said for honesty! As it turns out, a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention one fourth of Americans say they get no exercise at all during their free time. Yep: The fact is, according to this report, more than 25 percent of people across the U.S. carve out zero hours in their daily lives to exercise.

Also, a little more than half of the people surveyed said they actually meet the CDC's suggested guidelines for getting two and a half hours per week of aerobic activity.

The report broke down inactivity by state too--is yours on the list?

1. Mississippi: 36%
2. Tennessee: 35.1%
3. West Virginia: 35.1%
4. Louisiana: 33.8%
5. Alabama: 32.6%
6. Oklahoma: 31.2%
7. Arkansas: 30.9%
8. Kentucky: 29.3%
9. Indiana: 29.2%
10. Missouri: 28.4%
