Quickie Workout in Bed
Sweating can be very sexy, but these workouts are even sexier!
1. QUICKIE WORKOUT IN BED
Your alarm annoyingly sounds in the morning. You roll over to hit snooze, feeling your ab muscles firing as you rotate your body around and like how it feels. Instead of snoozing, you shut the siren off and start squeezing your butt, holding for 10 seconds before relaxing your muscles back into the bed, then immediately regaining control and squeezing again. Next you work your thighs, sliding onto your side, pressing both legs together and, with control, raising both legs just a few inches up off the bed, then pulsing the top leg even a little higher… 25 times. Your outer thighs are on fire and you want to work the inside, so you lift your top leg just a little higher and hold there, your legs both lifted off the bed, but separated by a few inches. Then you bring your lower leg up to meet your upper leg, and pulse it up to touch, then slightly drop, 25 times. Your blood is pumping, you are breathing deeply in and out, you can feel your muscles flex under your skin. You're doing a Quickie Workout in Bed. Yes it's a total body, serious calorie singing, workout that just happens to be done on a bed (like a yoga mat on a floor but with less stability). Once you are finally ready to get out of bed, you've already completed your workout. Effective, efficient and perfect for even the laziest of exercisers. Perfect!
