"I make homemade juices with whatever is in season. I rarely have coffee but I drink lots of tea. I start with a pot of tea at home and sip on herbal teas throughout the day at work."

"I work out six times a week. I do yoga two to three days with an instructor at my house, and the other days I walk uphill or run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I'll also get a private trainer from time to time."

"I go to a weekly boxing class and a private boxing lesson with a trainer at Aerospace, and I do Pilates twice a week.

With a non-processed food diet, your cravings pass, but you still have an enormous selection of foods to choose from. "I like Pilates and yoga, but sports are easier on my body, and I enjoy the outdoors. I ski, hike, walk, bike ride, play tennis, swim, and water-ski. When I am trying to get in shape, I do Jillian Michaels's workout DVDs every day; they're challenging and offer variety.
