    Next time you're trying to get in the mood give this one a try:
    Jump on a trampoline or do another form of aerobic exercise to get your lymphatic system moving. Preferably do this in the nude with your partner. We know, we know, this sounds outrageous but sometimes new playful (even if embarrassing) acts gets the juices flowing rather then the same old same old.


    Or make simple changes in the routine, like if the bed is your normal place of intimcy try the couch which allows different positions. Bring out some oils! Surprise your partner!
